In een poging wat orde te scheppen in de chaos van mijn 'oorbellen'pagina, heb ik beslist om een aantal van mijn juwelentutorials bijeen te sprokkelen en per thema in een blogpost te gieten. In deze aflevering verzamelde ik alle oorbellen en juwelen waarin ik druppels verwerkte.
Druppels hebben een heel dankbare vorm om in juwelen te verwerken en je hebt ze in alle soorten, maten, materialen, vormen en kleuren. Mijn absolute favoriet zijn rode druppels, die zal je vaak zien terugkomen in mijn creaties.
Ik gebruik in onderstaande ontwerpen soms druppels als kleine toevoeging, maar soms zijn ze ook de eye catcher van de oorbel. Dat kan zijn doordat ik een grote druppelkraal gebruikt, of omdat heel de bel een druppelvorm heeft.
In an attempt to add some order in the chaos of my jewelry tutorial page, I decided to collect some jewelry tutorials by theme in a blog post. In this collection I gathered all tutorials and creations in which I used drop beads.
Drop beads are very easy to use in jewelery designs. They exist in all kinds of shape, size, colour and material. My absolute favorites are red drop beads. You will notice I often use them in my designs.
In the designs below I use he drop shape often as a side note by using a small drop bead in the earring. But sometimes, the shape is the eye catcher, by using a big drop bead or because the design itself has a drop shape.
